Reproductive Health Workshop: Family Planning and Contraceptive Methods (Pashto)

  • What is a menstrual cycle and which days can I get pregnant?
  • What increases the chances of pregnancy?
  • What contraceptive methods are available?
  • How can I decide which method is best for me?
